As a global leader in lasers and engineered materials, we are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between product development and mass production. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the New Product Introduction lifecycle, ensuring that our cutting-edge technologies are manufactured efficiently and on time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define processes, manage timelines, and mitigate risks during the product ramp-up phase.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans, including Gantt charts and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transition from development to mass production.
- Review and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing processes for cost-efficiency and quality assurance.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address production bottlenecks or supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all NPI documentation, including process maps and test plans, is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing Planning, or Production Engineering.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead meetings and influence stakeholders.
