Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process from concept definition to mass production ramp-up.
- Collaborate with R&D and design engineering teams to ensure product manufacturability and design integrity.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, validation protocols, and reliability testing strategies.
- Analyze production data and process yields to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues and ensure component quality.
- Document technical specifications, update BOMs (Bill of Materials), and maintain engineering documentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in NPI, Product Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong understanding of PCB design, assembly processes, and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles.
- Proficiency in using CAD tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad) and engineering simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with international teams and stakeholders.
