Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive product testing and validation for new communication devices
- Perform advanced soldering and rework operations on PCB assemblies
- Troubleshoot technical issues in manufacturing processes and prototypes
- Support new product introduction (NPI) cycle from prototype to mass production
- Document test results and maintain quality control documentation
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to refine manufacturing processes
- Calibrate and maintain test equipment and measurement tools
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in product testing or manufacturing support
- Proficiency in soldering techniques (through-hole and SMD components)
- Familiarity with testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Basic knowledge of ISO quality management systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and assembly drawings
