Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and performing routine treatments.
- Assist physicians during medical examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Manage medication inventory, ensuring proper storage, dispensing, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide emotional support to those in need.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing qualification with a valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a general nursing or outpatient setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing protocols, universal precautions, and medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in using hospital information systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
