Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Assess residents' health conditions, document observations, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to protocols
- Monitor residents for side effects of medications and report any adverse reactions promptly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility as needed
- Collaborate with family members and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all residents
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license with current registration from the Malaysian Nursing Board
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric or elderly care nursing
- Strong knowledge of geriatric nursing practices and elderly care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with elderly residents
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred
