About the Role:
As our new Nurse, you will be the cornerstone of our primary care services. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within our modern clinic facilities. Simultaneously, you will spearhead our Community Outreach Program, taking responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing health promotion activities, medical missions, and disease prevention campaigns across the barangays of Pili, Camarines Sur and the surrounding areas. Primary Care Responsibilities:
Within our clinics, you will handle patient consultations, administer medications, perform minor procedures, manage patient records, and ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols and sanitation standards. You will collaborate closely with our physicians and allied health staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Community Outreach Leadership:
You will identify key health issues in the community, develop tailored health education modules, coordinate with barangay health workers, lead vaccination drives, and organize medical missions. - Provide comprehensive primary care services including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up within the clinic.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and perform minor clinical procedures as per established protocols.
- Lead, plan, and coordinate community health outreach programs, medical missions, and health education seminars in Pili and surrounding barangays.
- Conduct home visits and community needs assessments to identify prevalent health issues and develop targeted interventions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient health records, documenting all interactions and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and barangay health workers to ensure continuity of care between the clinic and the community.
- Promote health and wellness through patient education on disease prevention, nutrition, hygiene, and family planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control standards, clinical protocols, and safety regulations within the clinic environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (community health or public health nursing experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in organizing community activities or health programs.
- Willingness to conduct field work and travel within the Pili, Camarines Sur area.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) for documentation and reporting.
