Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
- Assess patient health status and develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and ensure documentation compliance with hospital standards.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (D3/S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Indonesian Nursing Council.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stress.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
