Tanggung Jawab
- Assist doctors during patient consultations and clinical examinations.
- Perform basic clinical procedures including vital signs monitoring, wound dressing, and injections.
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and electronic medical records accurately.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and strictly adheres to hygiene and infection control protocols.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies, medications, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Provide clear health education and medication instructions to patients and their families.
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Nursing, Medical Assistant, or a related healthcare field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for patient care are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin (for patient interaction).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and clinic management software.
