- Develop, implement, and monitor infection control policies and procedures
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and outbreak investigations
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on infection prevention
- Perform environmental assessments and audits for compliance
- Analyze infection data and prepare reports for leadership
- Coordinate with external agencies for public health reporting
- Lead committees and initiatives to enhance infection control practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid Singapore nursing license (NC)
- Certification in Infection Control (CIC) preferred
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of MOH infection control guidelines
- Experience with data analysis and surveillance systems
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
