Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate clinical workflows within the Operating Theatre to ensure efficient surgical throughput.
- Provide expert perioperative nursing care, monitoring patient vitals and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain surgical instruments and sterile fields according to infection control standards.
- Mentor and supervise junior nursing staff, providing clinical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and anaesthetists to ensure optimal patient outcomes before, during, and after procedures.
- Manage clinical documentation and ensure compliance with medical board regulations and hospital policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance OT efficiency and patient safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing certificate.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in an Operating Theatre environment.
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Nursing or a related field (Specialization in Perioperative Nursing is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical equipment, and patient monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to function effectively in a high-stress, multidisciplinary team.
- Proven ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and quick decision-making in emergency situations.
- Demonstrated leadership potential or prior experience in a senior nursing position.
