Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans suitable for early childhood development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for children.
- Monitor and record the developmental progress of each child through consistent observation.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and classroom activities.
- Manage classroom routines to ensure a smooth and productive learning flow.
- Organize extracurricular activities and events to promote social and physical development.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within the classroom and school premises.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to improve overall curriculum quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
- Fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with young children.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude toward child-led learning.
- Proficiency in English and Malay; fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle classroom dynamics.
- Prior experience in a nursery or kindergarten setting is preferred but not mandatory.
