Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures in core nursing subjects and clinical practice areas.
- Facilitate student learning in classroom settings and supervise clinical rotations in partner hospitals.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, skills demonstrations, and practical assessments.
- Provide mentorship and academic advising to nursing students to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with faculty colleagues to review and update the nursing curriculum in alignment with CHED standards.
- Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance documentation.
- Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation activities, and academic committee work.
- Contribute to the university's research initiatives and community outreach programs.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines with a valid PRC license.
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MAN) is highly preferred; enrollment in a Master's program is considered.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong command of nursing theories, clinical skills, and current healthcare practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor students.
- Demonstrated commitment to academic integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to adapt to various teaching modalities, including face-to-face and blended learning environments.
- Willingness to fulfill full-time faculty teaching requirements.
