- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies in optimal working condition
- Prepare laboratory materials and specimens for nursing education sessions
- Assist professors during laboratory demonstrations and practical exercises
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards in the nursing laboratory
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment
- Provide technical support to students during laboratory sessions
- Implement and maintain laboratory safety protocols and procedures
- Coordinate with faculty to ensure laboratory needs are met for each course
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related health science field
- Experience in a laboratory setting is preferred
- Knowledge of nursing laboratory procedures and techniques
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively with students and faculty
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Certification in laboratory safety (preferred)
