Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze the nutritional requirements of layer hens and develop balanced rations to support optimal egg production and bird health.
- Formulate and test feed formulations using local and imported ingredients, ensuring cost-effectiveness and nutritional quality.
- Monitor the health and performance of the flock, adjusting nutritional programs based on seasonal changes and production data.
- Collaborate with the farm management team to troubleshoot feed-related issues and improve overall production efficiency.
- Conduct trials to evaluate the efficacy of herbal additives and enzymes in poultry feed.
- Ensure all feed preparation processes strictly adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Document research findings and present recommendations to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Poultry Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in poultry nutrition, feed formulation, or layer farm management.
- Strong understanding of layer farming physiology, egg production cycles, and nutritional physiology.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with feed formulation software.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred due to the farm's location.
- Ability to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions typical of agricultural settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
