Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations, preventive, and corrective maintenance of critical power systems (HV, MV, LV), HVAC, and other facility infrastructure.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for electrical and mechanical system failures to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform regular inspections, testing, and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to operational standards.
- Develop and implement robust maintenance schedules and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to procure necessary spare parts, tools, and services for maintenance activities.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on system performance, maintenance activities, incidents, and improvement recommendations.
- Contribute to feasibility studies, design reviews, and commissioning of new systems or upgrades to existing infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Operations and Maintenance, specifically with critical power infrastructure (HV, MV, LV) and HVAC systems.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, control logic, and mechanical blueprints.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective, timely solutions.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols, statutory requirements, and environmental regulations relevant to industrial operations.
- Experience with building management systems (BMS), SCADA, or other monitoring platforms is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
