Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain solar power plant operations to maximize energy output
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from design to commissioning
- Conduct regular site inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project milestones
- Implement safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
- Prepare technical documentation and performance reports
- Travel nationwide to support project sites and provide on-site expertise
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in solar O&M or project engineering
- Proficiency in solar system diagnostics and maintenance procedures
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and regulations
- Certification in solar PV systems or project management (advantageous)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to travel extensively across Malaysia
