Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical/electrical systems
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct diagnostic testing
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system optimization
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot complex issues
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of O&M or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical principles
- Certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial systems preferred
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
