We are seeking a skilled OASIS Review, QA, and Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cebu City.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between clinical data and advanced AI technology. You will ensure the integrity of patient records by rigorously reviewing and verifying OASIS submissions, performing quality assurance checks, and maintaining strict compliance with US healthcare regulations. Your work directly contributes to the accuracy of our AI models, ensuring better care outcomes for patients and seamless operations for our clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough reviews of OASIS documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with clinical standards.
- Perform rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) checks on incoming data to maintain high data integrity standards.
- Identify, document, and rectify discrepancies or errors in patient records and clinical data entry.
- Communicate findings and data issues clearly to the US-based QA team and subject matter experts.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy standards at all times.
- Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision and speed.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of data entry workflows and quality control processes.
Kualifikasi
- Active Nurse or Physical Therapist (PT) license or background is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in complex medical data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with US healthcare documentation standards and OASIS assessments.
- Proficiency in using computers and data entry software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new AI-driven software tools quickly.
