Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement enterprise-grade observability frameworks including monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions
- Develop and maintain automated alerting systems with optimized thresholds for critical infrastructure
- Create and enhance dashboards using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct root cause analysis of complex system incidents using observability data
- Establish and document observability standards and best practices across the organization
- Drive continuous improvement of monitoring strategies through automation and innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in observability engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles
- Expertise with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/Go) and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Knowledge of distributed systems architecture and performance optimization
- Certifications in cloud platforms or observability tools preferred
