We are a leading construction company in Dasmarinas City, Cavite, dedicated to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. We are seeking a skilled Occupational Nurse to oversee our occupational health programs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
In this role, you will monitor employee health, manage work-related injuries and illnesses, and implement wellness initiatives that reduce risks and enhance workforce productivity. You will work closely with the safety team to foster a culture of well-being and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include conducting health assessments, providing first aid and emergency care, maintaining health records, educating employees on health practices, and supporting the development of health policies. Your expertise will directly contribute to minimizing work-related injuries and promoting overall employee wellness.
The ideal candidate is a licensed nurse with experience in occupational health, preferably in construction or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of OHS standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle emergencies are essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular health assessments and medical examinations for employees
- Monitor and manage workplace injuries, illnesses, and emergencies
- Develop and implement health promotion and disease prevention programs
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records
- Coordinate with management and safety officers to address health concerns
- Provide health education and training to employees on various topics
- Administer first aid and facilitate immediate medical care when needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines required
- At least 2 years of experience in occupational health nursing, preferably in construction or industrial environment
- Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) is an advantage
- Thorough knowledge of DOLE and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Proficient in maintaining health records and using relevant software
- Willing to work on-site in Dasmarinas City, Cavite
