Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end facade construction projects, from initial planning and procurement to final site installation and handover.
- Coordinate with architects and structural engineers to ensure facade designs are constructible, code-compliant, and cost-effective.
- Monitor site progress, manage sub-contractors, and resolve technical challenges on-site to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure all facade systems (curtain walls, cladding, glazing) meet safety and industry standards.
- Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and materials procurement to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders and internal management teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facade construction, building envelope systems, or glass and aluminum installation.
- Strong technical knowledge of facade materials, structural mounting systems, and waterproofing techniques.
- Proven ability to interpret technical blueprints, shop drawings, and structural calculations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large on-site teams and sub-contractor relationships.
- Professional proficiency in English and Malay; familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Malaysia is essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm approach to managing high-pressure construction environments.
