As part of our team, you will conduct regular inspections, maintain detailed documentation, and coordinate safety training sessions for employees. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local OSH regulations and industry standards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes
- Coordinate and deliver safety training programs to all employees
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation
- Monitor workplace conditions and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with management to develop safety improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in OSH (e.g., DOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in safety coordination or related role
- Strong knowledge of local OSH regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and influence others
- Proficiency in safety documentation systems and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
