Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions to assist patients in regaining functional independence.
- Utilize specialized equipment and techniques, including manual therapy and adaptive strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and lifestyle modifications.
- Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical notes accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration or license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Malaysia.
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patient populations.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
