As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to maximize clients' functional independence. You will collaborate closely with physicians, physiotherapists, and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Additionally, you will document progress, educate clients on adaptive strategies, and maintain a client-centered approach throughout the rehabilitation process.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADL), fine motor skills, and sensory integration.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate clients and families on adaptive equipment and techniques for independence.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia (STR/SIP).
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong assessment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassion and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English; additional languages are a plus.
