We are expanding our Rehabilitation Department and seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate patients with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges and develop personalized treatment plans to restore their ability to perform daily activities. Using evidence-based techniques, you will help patients achieve independence and improve their quality of life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and nurses to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to determine their occupational performance needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring independence in daily living activities.
- Apply therapeutic interventions including exercises, adaptive equipment training, and sensory integration techniques.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety measures, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals.
- Stay current with best practices and integrate evidence-based approaches into clinical work.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the Philippines.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Compassionate, patient-centered mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and electronic health record systems.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
