- Assist occupational therapists in implementing patient treatment plans and rehabilitation protocols
- Prepare therapy equipment and maintain treatment areas according to safety standards
- Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Provide direct patient support during therapeutic activities and adaptive training
- Conduct preliminary screenings and functional assessments under supervision
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain inventory of therapeutic supplies and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or related health science field
- Certification as Occupational Therapy Technician (COTA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in rehabilitation or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and adaptive equipment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift patients and equipment (up to 25kg)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English and local dialects
