Quanterm Logistics is seeking a highly organized Ocean Export Executive to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of managing the end-to-end sea freight process, ensuring seamless logistics operations from booking to delivery. As an Ocean Export Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating with shipping lines, preparing complex shipping documents, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and freight forwarders. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete lifecycle of ocean export shipments, including booking space, booking containers, and coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
- Prepare and verify all necessary export documentation, including Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
- Liaise effectively with customers and internal teams to provide accurate shipping updates and resolve any logistical queries or delays promptly.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery while strictly adhering to international trade regulations and Incoterms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments and related data within the company’s management system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding export compliance and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in Ocean Export or Sea Freight logistics is required.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and general customs procedures.
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) for effective client communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software applications.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
