Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with ocean carriers and shipping lines to book freight and arrange cargo pickup/delivery
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping instructions
- Monitor cargo movement in real-time and troubleshoot transit delays proactively
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs while maintaining delivery timelines
- Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate shipment records and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and carrier-related issues efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in ocean freight operations or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipping documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple simultaneous shipments
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Certification in freight forwarding or logistics management is advantageous
