Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end ocean freight process, including booking, documentation, and coordination with local and overseas agents.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to provide accurate shipment updates and address operational inquiries.
- Collaborate with carriers and service providers to negotiate rates and secure space for outbound and inbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all local customs regulations, maritime laws, and company operating procedures.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Resolve logistical discrepancies or service disruptions promptly to minimize impact on supply chain timelines.
- Monitor shipment profitability and generate reports on operational performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding or a similar supply chain role.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, incoterms, and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with global partners and clients.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
