Tanggung Jawab
- Process ocean import shipments according to company policies and procedures
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other required paperwork
- Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and overseas agents to ensure timely cargo movement
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients on shipment status
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, including customs clearance problems
- Calculate and communicate freight charges, duties, and taxes to clients
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ocean import operations
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid customs brokerage certification is an advantage
