You will manage end-to-end shipment lifecycles, collaborating with carriers, agents, and internal stakeholders to drive seamless execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end ocean export/import shipments, ensuring timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with carriers, truckers, and overseas agents to track cargo and resolve transit discrepancies.
- Proactively communicate shipment status to internal stakeholders and customers, providing visibility and solutions.
- Audit and process operational documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, and customs-related paperwork.
- Analyze supply chain bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate data records within our proprietary Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Ensure all shipments adhere to international trade regulations and company safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, incoterms, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new logistics software.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional global team.
