StaffKing Pte Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated Ocean or Sea Freight Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for import and export operations, ensuring that ocean freight movements are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with international regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end ocean import and export shipments, including booking, documentation, and tracking.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, and local trucking vendors to ensure seamless cargo flow.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively update clients on progress, addressing any delays or exceptions immediately.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal trade policies for all import/export activities.
- Handle billing and invoicing processes to ensure accurate cost allocation and profitability.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including port authorities and logistics partners.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in ocean freight or sea logistics operations.
- Proficiency in shipping documentation and familiarity with Import/Export regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between multiple parties.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite and logistics/ERP software.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
