- Monitor and track ocean freight shipments in real-time using specialized tracking systems
- Identify and report potential delays, disruptions, or risks to shipping routes
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to resolve transit issues
- Maintain accurate records of shipment status, transit times, and delivery confirmations
- Analyze shipping performance data to identify opportunities for route optimization and cost reduction
- Develop and implement contingency plans for shipping disruptions and emergencies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely updates on shipment status and potential impacts
- Stay current with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in ocean freight monitoring or logistics coordination
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and tracking technologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Effective communication skills with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
