Oracle is seeking a visionary senior leader to join our Global AI Infrastructure & Strategic Pursuits team as an OCI & AI Infrastructure Pursuits Lead in Singapore. In this critical role, you will define and execute the strategy for winning transformative infrastructure deals that combine Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cutting-edge AI solutions. You will partner with engineering, product, finance, and sales teams to architect compelling proposals, navigate complex sales cycles, and build deep executive relationships with global customers. As the face of Oracle’s AI infrastructure pursuits, you will shape the future of enterprise AI adoption and drive measurable business impact. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end strategic pursuits for large-scale OCI and AI infrastructure opportunities across global markets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to AI infrastructure solutions, including positioning, pricing, and competitive differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, finance, legal) to create winning proposals, business cases, and technical demonstrations.
- Cultivate and sustain executive relationships with C-level stakeholders at target accounts and partners.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and refine pursuit strategies.
- Orchestrate complex negotiations and contractual agreements to close high-value, multi-year deals.
- Mentor and develop a team of pursuit professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Represent Oracle at industry conferences, executive briefings, and client events to promote OCI and AI infrastructure capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology sales, business development, or solutions architecture, with a focus on cloud infrastructure or AI.
- Proven track record of leading and closing complex, multi-million dollar deals in cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and/or AI/ML solutions.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies, AI/ML workflows, and enterprise IT architectures.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence and build trust with C-level decision makers.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience in crafting high-impact proposals.
- Experience operating effectively in a global matrix organization and managing virtual teams.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and competitive cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
