In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their Odoo systems run seamlessly to drive their business operations.

As an Odoo Support Specialist, you won't just be answering tickets; you will be instrumental in helping businesses optimize their processes by effectively utilizing Odoo modules. Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, technical issues, and system requests via email, chat, or phone.
  • Perform comprehensive troubleshooting to identify and resolve Odoo system bugs, configuration errors, and data inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal development and project teams to escalate and track complex system issues.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction by providing clear, timely, and professional technical documentation and guidance.
  • Monitor system performance and perform routine health checks on client Odoo environments.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new users to ensure effective platform adoption.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and troubleshooting guides.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer success roles, preferably with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Foundational knowledge of Odoo (OpenERP) or similar ERP platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, client-facing environment.
