Join Zavy360, an established Australian Managed Service Provider with over 25 years of industry success and ISO 27001 certification, as a remote Office 365 Senior Engineer. This contract role requires you to work within Australian time zones while delivering expert Level 2-3 support for Microsoft 365 environments. You'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations for clients' M365 ecosystems, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Collaborate with a global team to troubleshoot complex issues, implement best practices, and drive continuous service improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced Level 2-3 technical support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
- Diagnose and resolve complex M365 administration issues, user access problems, and integration challenges
- Assist in migration projects, deployments, and configuration of Microsoft 365 environments
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles for internal and client use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service delivery and maintain system integrity
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide emergency support during critical incidents
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, security patches, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Office 365 administration and support
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Desktop Administrator or Messaging Administrator
- Proven problem-solving skills with complex technical issues in cloud environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment with Australian time zone availability
- Experience with ITIL processes and service management frameworks preferred
