- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via email and phone support.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital records.
- Prepare and present daily or weekly administrative reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients or team members.
- Respond to correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026 (Bachelor’s degree holders preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Must be willing to work Office-Based in Malolos City.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
