U2 Electrical Contractor is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Metro Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion of electrical works.
- Prepare accurate cost proposals, bill of quantities, and budget estimates for client submission.
- Oversee the procurement process for construction materials, ensuring quality standards and competitive pricing.
- Manage project documentation, including transmittals, RFI logs, submittals, and progress reports.
- Coordinate closely with Project Engineers to resolve technical issues and manage site requirements.
- Monitor site activities and verify contractor progress against project milestones.
- Maintain clear communication channels with clients, subcontractors, and internal site teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Professional license (PRC) is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an Office Engineer or project coordination role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of electrical material procurement and construction cost estimation.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret electrical blueprints, technical specifications, and contract documents.
