Archipelago Builders is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Diliman, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, monitoring progress against timelines, and resolving logistical challenges to maintain project momentum. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project schedules
- Manage and maintain all project documentation including blueprints, permits, and compliance records
- Monitor project progress and report delays or issues to project management team
- Facilitate communication between on-site teams and corporate office
- Assist in preparing progress reports and budget variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building regulations
- Manage office logistics including equipment inventory and supply chain coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project coordination
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid PRC license (if applicable)
