Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate between field teams and office staff to ensure project alignment
- Manage project documentation including blueprints, permits, and progress reports
- Monitor construction schedules and resource allocation for timely delivery
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
- Prepare project status reports for stakeholders and management
- Assist in resolving site issues through technical analysis and documentation
- Maintain accurate project records and financial tracking systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid PRC license (Engineer) preferred
