Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily office operations, administration procedures, and facility management.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure office operations run smoothly.
- Oversee office budgets, manage administrative expenses, and coordinate with the finance department.
- Maintain office supply inventory, handle procurement, and manage incoming and outgoing mail or shipments.
- Assist Human Resources with onboarding new employees, managing attendance records, and organizing company events.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with local regulations and corporate health guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong service-oriented attitude.
