In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our daily office activities, ensuring a seamless, highly productive, and welcoming environment for our team and business partners.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate daily office operations, administration procedures, and facility management.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure office operations run smoothly.
  • Oversee office budgets, manage administrative expenses, and coordinate with the finance department.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, handle procurement, and manage incoming and outgoing mail or shipments.
  • Assist Human Resources with onboarding new employees, managing attendance records, and organizing company events.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with local regulations and corporate health guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong service-oriented attitude.
