In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational flow, ensuring that goods move seamlessly from our facility to their destinations while maintaining rigorous inventory accuracy.

You will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch lifecycle, optimizing delivery routes to save time and costs, and managing real-time inventory levels to prevent discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily dispatch of goods to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Analyze delivery zones and select the most efficient routes to optimize logistics operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems and perform regular stock audits.
  • Communicate effectively with delivery personnel, warehouse staff, and clients regarding order status.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, waybills, and dispatch manifests accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock items for replenishment to prevent supply chain delays.
  • Resolve logistical issues or delivery discrepancies promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in logistics, dispatching, or inventory management is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills for route planning and inventory trend monitoring.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
