You will be responsible for managing office tasks, assisting with account management, and providing top-tier support to our real estate agents and clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in general accounting tasks, such as bookkeeping, data entry, and preparing invoices.
- Handle client inquiries via email and phone with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely responses.
- Organize and maintain accurate physical and digital files for company documents and transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and prepare necessary meeting materials.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data verification, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Support the management team with reports and other administrative projects as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
