Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements on a regular basis.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documents for management review.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian taxation laws, including PPh and PPN reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify financial records and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit schedules and support external audit processes.
- Maintain systematic filing of all financial documentation to ensure audit-readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or financial operations (fresh graduates with a strong internship background are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with integrated accounting software or ERP systems is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight financial reporting deadlines.
