- Manage daily cargo operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient handling
- Monitor cargo performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize operations
- Coordinate with various departments including ground handling, customs, and transportation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security protocols, and company policies
- Handle documentation processes including waybills, manifests, and customs clearance
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruptions
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate cargo records
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cargo operations or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of cargo handling procedures and aviation regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using cargo management systems and software
- Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Certification in cargo handling or logistics is an added advantage
