Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily cargo operational activities and performance metrics.
- Coordinate effectively with ground handlers and logistics partners to ensure smooth cargo flow.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding cargo handling.
- Process accurate cargo documentation, including waybills and customs clearance forms.
- Resolve operational issues and delays promptly to minimize impact on flight schedules.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of cargo movements and inventory levels.
- Assist in training junior staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Aviation.
- Relevant experience in cargo operations, logistics, or airport ground handling is preferred.
- Strong understanding of air cargo documentation and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and cargo management software.
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
