Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming service experience at the Eunos Service Centre.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding vehicle services and product availability.
- Manage and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist in scheduling vehicle service appointments and follow-ups.
- Identify and recommend additional products or services to enhance the customer's experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless operations and customer flow.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE 'O' Levels in any discipline is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
