Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of fire protection equipment including fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting
- Ensure all fire safety equipment is properly maintained, tested, and in good working condition
- Implement and monitor fire safety protocols throughout the mall premises
- Coordinate and conduct regular fire drills for mall staff and tenants
- Investigate fire safety incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Train mall staff and tenants on fire safety procedures and emergency response
- Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of all fire safety inspections, tests, and maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Fire Safety or related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fire safety management or related role
- Knowledge of local fire safety regulations and codes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions during emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills for training staff and documenting procedures
- Basic knowledge of fire protection systems and equipment
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification preferred
