Are you an experienced professional in interior fit-out with a passion for high-end retail environments? Summarecon, a leader in property development, is seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Officer - Fit Out to join our team for our Mall project in Bandung. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that tenant designs align with our mall standards, maintaining the architectural integrity and aesthetic vision of our premium commercial spaces.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative design concepts and technical implementation. You will be responsible for reviewing tenant design submittals, overseeing on-site construction progress, and ensuring all fit-out activities comply with safety, quality, and building regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and approve tenant fit-out design drawings to ensure compliance with mall guidelines and building standards.
- Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and internal project teams to manage the approval process efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor fit-out progress and ensure construction adheres to approved designs.
- Enforce house rules and safety protocols during tenant construction and renovation activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on fit-out status, including progress tracking and non-compliance issues.
- Facilitate communication between the mall management team and tenants regarding renovation timelines and technical requirements.
- Solve technical challenges on-site related to interior installations and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) integration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in interior fit-out, project management, or retail construction.
- Proficiency in design software including Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction material specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage diverse tenant relations effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings accurately.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict project deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
