Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HSE management systems and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Deliver engaging safety training programs and promote safety awareness campaigns
- Ensure compliance with national and international HSE regulations and standards
- Manage environmental sustainability initiatives including waste reduction and pollution control
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare regulatory reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HSE experience in logistics or industrial sectors
- Certification in ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, or equivalent safety management systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and best practices
- Excellent incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs
- Experience with environmental management systems and sustainability reporting
